Ms Poyntz was forced to dust off her apron and mixer this week when challenged to a banana bread ‘bake off’ during one of our Gaeilge lessons on bia. There was lots of ‘Is maith liom’ and ‘Is fearr liom’ to be heard during the blind taste test and voting. We have so many talents among our pupils that the teachers are now nervous of any more challenges!
