What a month it has been in the garden with all the harvesting that we enjoyed. With salad leaves, radishes, onions, garlic, peas and potatoes the children really got to appreciate the satisfaction that goes with growing your own food. Ms Poyntz had brought strawberry plants in to the school garden also so that the children could get some fruit treats every few days. This went down very well!!!! We look forward to seeing more vegetables thrive during the summer months when we return at the end of August.
